Pumpkin Rice Porridge to Prevent Stretch Marks During Pregnancy

A lot of you have been asking to make more pregnancy recipes. So today I will share with you this pumpkin rice porridge. It’s can help to prevent stretch mark and also help with digestion. This is a great recipe for pregnant women, for baby 8 months and above, and also anyone really! You can eat this by itself or eat with other small dishes.

1 cup of rice
1 cup of pumpkin
6 cups of water
1 tablespoon of goji berries

In the pot, we are going to pour 6 cups of water.

Here I have 1 cup of rice that I’ve already soaked in water for 30 minutes. Add in the pot.

Cook in high heat until boiling then turn into low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup of pumpkin. Cook for another 20 minutes and stir occasionally.

Lastly, add 1 tablespoon of goji berries and cook for another minute or so.
