Chinese Secret Remedy to BEAT Cold and Flu!

Did you know that ancient Chinese remedies can be more effective than over-the-counter medications for colds and flu? It’s that time of the year, when someone catches something, and everyone in the house will get it. I recently caught the flu from my daughter. And this remedy helped me to get back up really quickly. And I’d love to share it with you!

Ingredients:
8 cups water
1 thumb ginger, sliced
1 medium white radish, diced
1 medium Asian pear, diced

Instructions:

  1. In a pot over high heat, pour the water inside and bring it to a boil. Add the ginger. (Ginger is an awesome remedy for cold and flu. When you feel nauseous or dizzy, you can add it to hot water, wait for a bit, and drink it. You’ll start feeling better in just a few minutes.)
  2. Then add the white radish. (White radish boots up your immunity. It kills germs and bacteria. It has been used in Traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years.)
  3. Followed by the Asian pear (Asian pear helps clear your lungs and throat. It helps to reduce coughing.)
  4. Cover the pot with a lid. Boil for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve!

Other than this remedy, I also practice a meditation called Falun Dafa. The principles are truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance. By becoming a better person, the physical well-being will also improve. If you are interested in learning more, please check out www.falundafa.org.

Thanks so much for watching! I hope everyone stays positive, strong, and healthy. If you have any natural remedy that works for you, please comment below and share with us! I’ll see you again in the next episode!
