Swallow Bird’s Nest Soup Recipe

Swallow Bird’s Nest Soup Recipe

Serves:1
Cook time: 15 minutes

Recipe:
1 piece Simply Swift Bird’s Nest
1 1/2 cups purified water
1/2 teaspoon rock sugar
1 teaspoon goji berries

Instruction:

First, in a clay pot, add 1 1/2 cups of purified water, 1 piece of Simply Swift Bird’s Nest. Cover the lid. Set aside.

In a large pot, add water (the water should be about 2/3 of the height of the clay pot.) Bring water to a boil.

Transfer the clay pot in the large pot. Cover the lid. Steam-stew it over medium-high heat for 15 minutes. (Bird’s nest is very delicate, so by cooking it this way. We ensure that the heat never reaches boiling point, so it won’t destroy nutrition in the bird’s nest.)

Uncover the lids, add in the rock sugar and stir until dissolved. Lastly, add in the goji berries. (If you cook goji berries for too long, you will also destroy the nutrition it it.)
