Korean Seafood Pancakes Recipe
1 cup of all purpose flour
2/3 of a cup of water
1 egg
1/2 of a teaspoon of salt
3 stalks of chopped scallions
1 cup of mixed seafood
3 tablespoons of oil
In a bowl, beat 1 egg, then mix 1 cup of all purpose flour, 2/3 of a cup of water, and 1/2 of a teaspoon of salt together. The batter should have the same consistency as pancake batter. Add the scallions and seafood. Heat a pan over high heat and add 3 tablespoons of oil. Pour about 1/2 of a cup batter into the pan in a circle. Cook for 3 minutes until the bottom is browned. Flip over and cook for another 3 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate.
