4 large eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, crack the eggs into it, and add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor. Whisk the eggs until the yolks and whites are fully combined
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add the oil, allowing it to heat up for a moment. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan, letting them spread out evenly. As the eggs start to cook, gently stir the eggs.
  3. Remove them from the heat while they’re still slightly undercooked. The residual heat will continue to cook them, ensuring a fluffy and silky texture. If you overcook them in the pan, they’ll turn out rubbery when served.
  4. Slide the fluffy scrambled eggs onto a plate and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
