Chicken Lettuce Wrap with Green & Red Bell Peppers
1 head butter lettuce
6 ounces minced chicken
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 small green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
1 small red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons pine nuts
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
1 tablespoon oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of sugar
To make the sauce, in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of shaoxing wine, 1 tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
Heat up a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, 6 ounces of minced chicken, and cook until medium well. Then add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, and cook until the aroma comes out. Add 1 small chopped green bell pepper, 1 small chopped red bell pepper, the sauce, and the pine nuts. Stir fry for a little bit then turn off the heat.
