The Perfect Clam Soup with Glass Noodles Recipe for Dorm Students | Cooked in a Microwave

Welcome back to school! Many of you wrote to us, asking us how to cook delicious goodies in a microwave because you live in a dorm and don’t have a stove. So here you go!

Clam Soup with Glass Noodles Recipe

6 ounces of clams

1 ounce of glass noodles
1 cup of seafood stock
2 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon of chopped scallions
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper

First, soak 1 ounce of glass noodles in water for 5 minutes. Then discard the water.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of seafood stock with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper together. Then add the glass noodles, 6 ounces of clams, 2 slices of ginger, and 1 tablespoon of chopped scallions.

Microwave the soup for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
