To grow the pea shoots:
1 pound whole green peas
4 cups room temperature water
3 roasting trays (10”x12”) with covers
3 towels
Paper towels
1 spray bottle

To cook the pea shoots:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, sliced
Pinch of salt
Fresh pea shoots
